Holy House! This Place In Frankfort Has 200-Year-Old Oak Trees!

Those are some pretty old oak trees.

Maybe this place doesn't have five fireplaces. And it certainly lacks the mystique of an undisclosed location. But at least there's the minimum number of bathrooms. And if 200-year-old oak trees are your thing, you're going to find yourself having a hard time saying no to the realtor.

That's right—200-year-old oak trees. That's what Zillow says this place at 371 S. Walnut Ridge in Frankfort has. How do they know these trees are 200-years-old? We have no idea. Maybe Zillow checked their birth certificates. I'd hate to be the guy who vouched for them.

But Oak Trees aside, this is still some house in its own right. Just take a look at what Zillow has to say about it. According them, it's a "custom crafted stone estate set on a manicured terraced site" with a "meandering creek."

And then they tell you about the house's four levels of "finished living space boasting amenities" such as tray ceilings, arched doorways and hardwood floors, not to mention the bedroom suites on each floor and the theater, bar and game room in the basement.
