Pair Allegedly Stealing From New Lenox Walmart Not Even From Joliet This Time

These two are from Mokena.

The New Lenox police arrested two more people for allegedly stealing from Walmart and this time they weren't even from Joliet.

The arrests Wednesday broke a streak of four straight Joliet women getting pinched at the East Lincoln Highway superstore.

The police were called for the first of these two most recent theft cases about 6:45 p.m. An officer sent to the Walmart was told Patrick Harper, 19, of 19550 Trenton Way in Mokena "removed merchandise from the shelf and concealed it in his jacket, then walked out of the store without paying for the merchandise," police said.

Within three and a half hours of Harper's arrest, the cops were called back to Walmart for another alleged theft. This time, an officer was told Danielle Bosshart, 20, of 19504 S. 116th Ave. in Mokena "removed merchandise from the shelf and concealed it in her bag, then walked out the store without paying for the merchandise," police said.

Both Bosshart and Harper were released from custody after posting bond."
