Spot a Stroke FAST
Every 40 seconds in the United States, a
stroke occurs. When it comes to stroke and other conditions of the brain,
it’s critical that treatment be started fast.
On Tuesday, Dec. 2, Dr.
Harish Shownkeen, Medical Director of Neuro Interventional Surgery at
Silver Cross Hospital, will discuss how to identify the signs of a stroke using
the acronym F.A.S.T, and also provide an overview on the latest minimally
invasive treatment and recovery options available for stroke patient. The free program will be held from 6:30 to
