Safe Communities Hosts Health & Safety Expo: Lincoln-Way West High School
More than 50 community service organizations on-hand at upcoming Safe Communities Health & Safety Expo.
New Lenox's Safe Communities of America Coalition is hosting a Health & Safety Expo, featuring emergency response teams, local fitness companies, New Lenox Police's BeSafeNow, Will County Health Department and more. NLPD Public Safety Division Chief Dan Martin describes the event as an opportunity to share information about the array of organizations and businesses that specialize in healthy living. About 50 for-profit and non-profit organizations will have displays. The event is scheduled from 5-7 p.m. March 5 at Lincoln-Way West High School's Performance Arts Center, 21701 Gougar Road.
