UPDATE: L-W School Bus Accident: No injuries
A Lincoln-Way High School District 210 school bus was hit by another vehicle.
Update: May 13, 2013 Will County Circuit Clerk: The Illinois citation and complaint number 3003297 was cleared against Taylor O'Hagan, 20, New Lenox. A May 6 trial resulted in all citations against O'Hagan being dropped. O'Hagan won the court case and no fines or court costs were paid by her. All damages for the minor accident which by the way totaled about $8000.00 to her car, were paid by the bus company’s insurance company. Update: March 13-6:30 p.m. New Lenox police issued a ticket for improper lane use to the driver of the car that crashed into a Lincoln-Way High School District 210 school bus on March 1. There were seven Tyler Elementary School youngsters on the bus at the time of the accident. No one was injured in the accident. …
