The supermarket chain, which has owned a lot on the southwest corner of Lincoln Highway and Wolf Road for years, will begin building a store in 2013, with plans to open in 2014, said Alan Zordan, who is the director of economic and community development for the village. Meijer committed to building an approximately 200,000-square-foot store last week, after months of discussion with village officials. Check back with Patch for more details on the Meijer development.
