The 20,000-square-foot retail store will move into the Walmart development center and offer drive-thru lanes for people donating goods.
Following approval Monday night, a Goodwill discount resale store will join the growing list of businesses moving into the lots surrounding Walmart in New Lenox. The 20,000 sq. ft. store will feature a double-wide drive through that will allow store employees to assist customers in dropping off goods at the resale shop. The resale store runs largely on donations from the community. Additional plans include a strip mall that will be between Goodwill and Walmart. According to property's listing, there are proposed locations for a Petco, Party City and Dollar Tree in that strip center.
