KellyBelly Fitness and Dance is a female-centric exercise and dance studio. Led by certified personal trainer KellyMore Forrest, the studio offers a wide range of exercise services, including classes, events and workshops to help improve wellness and health.

The studio offers personal training, including fitness assessments, nutritional consulting, and in-home training work, as well as numerous workshops and classes, such as belly dancing and many others. The studio has wall mirrors and cushioned flooring located downstairs, and a carpeted fitness room with small equipment and yoga mats upstairs.

Also downstairs, the studio has a private massage room and offers complimentary tea, coffee, and bottled water for waiting customers. The company also offers studio and home parties, including dance-themed events for birthdays and other special occasions. Kelly Forrest's personal trainer cert is through AFAA (afaa.com). She has special certifications to teach Zumba Fitness and Flirty Girl Fitness classes. (They are trademarked). They also do Zumba, Zumba Toning (with handweights) and ZumbAtomic (Zumba for kids).

The other teacher, Kristina Skaggs, is certified through Stott Pilates and she has a bachelor's degree in Fitness from the University of Missouri. She teaches Saturday morning yoga and bootcamp. She is almost completed with a specialty yoga certificate as well.
