I have been going to Paisano's for more than 13 years. Everything on their menu is outstanding! The service is always top knotch as well. This restaurant is a must visit in New Lenox!

Paisano's has been there before we moved to NL over 40 years and they are as good as when we first moved to NL.
These are the best ribs. They fall off the bone and the flavor is amazing!
Paisano's Ribs are the best. They fall off the bone. All their food is great & so is the service. One of new Lenox's BEST kept secrets.
The best RIBS around. We've been enjoying them for 20+ years. Try them out, just make sure you leave a rack or two for us!!
Paisano's ribs are the absolute greatest. . . and reasonable! The meat just falls off the bone. . . delicious. . . and the barbecue sauce is to die for. I won't buy ribs anywhere else now. . . I'm spoiled and love it. Thanks, Paisano's for all your good food, and especially the ribs!
Since we started having ribs at Paisano's over 15-20 years ago, we found them to be the BEST anywhere. When we have ribs someplace else, we use Paisano's as our barometer (How do they compare to Paisano's) Their prices are very reasonable and the service is great.
I love the food here very tasty and they give you plenty, the staff is very friendly. Oh by the way try the turtle cheesecake OMG
Play close attention to what I am about to say...........THIS IS THE BEST ITALIAN FOOD ON THE SOUTH-SIDE!!!! The Service is great every time we go there also.
Now pay close attention to this also......THIS PLACE HAS THE BEST BBQ RIBS ON THE SOUTH-SIDE!!!!! The meat falls off the bones and the Sauce is Tasty!!! They always have it on special where you get Potato, Soup and Salad with it for $16.95.
Now listen to this.......THIS PLACE HAS THE BEST CHEESE CAKE ON THE SOUTH-SIDE!!! Be sure to order the Birthday Cheese Cake. It's probably the best cheese cake I have ever eaten in my life.
The only negative aspects of this place are..........
The place is very small and decor is dated with wood paneling. Seating can be limited so be sure to make a reservation if you can or show up early. You cannot get a guaranteed reservation for a booth which is my favorite place to sit. I personally like the fact that it is a small place. It feels like a family run restaurant that not too many people know about. I almost didn't post this because I don't want the place to get too crowded.
