The doctors are not bad at all. The nurses are good too. But wow I have never dealt with a front office staff that is so disorganized, and even rude. I can't tell you the difficulty that I have had getting prescriptions filled. They can't work with Walgreens or Walmart efficiently. I've tried to discuss this with them to avert future problems and the staff gets extremely defensive. I have decided to change physicians. I don't need the hassle.

My children and spouse see the physicians here and we have always been pleased with our ability to get an appointment when needed and with the level of care received. I myself went through the diagnostic process here for a complicated disease and, while I have switched to a different hospital system, was very pleased with the care I received here 3 years ago. I disagree wholeheartedly with Mr. Johnson's review and am sorry for the bad experience he must have had.
They are the most unprofessional, derogatory, racist people I have ever met in my life. Stay away.

The entire staff at this office is unprofessional, uncaring and condescending. As much as I like my doctor, I will be transferring as soon as possible to get away from the women in his office. Please, please reconsider before coming to this office. It is not worth the stress and nastiness of dealing with the office staff here.
