This companys pool service was complete garbage. The said " two week window" installation date never happened, it turns out, its more like 1 month 3 weeks. "I" had to call constantly on all work that needed to be done, and the saying "first thing in the morning" was a tune I heard over and over again. When the pool was being installed many new fees were brought to my attention. There was a 325 dollar stone and sand fee for the base of the pool. I had to run the lights from the pool to the power source AND I also was responsible to run all the plumbing from the pool to the heater and the filter. This all was quite a shock for we were told that all we needed to do was to supply the 20 amp service and gas to the heater. But when we called we were told " YA YOU GUYS WERE FULLY AWARE THIS ALL NEEDED TO BE DONE." After the pool installers finished they left my backyard a complete mess. Cardboard boxes, gatorade bottles, screws, plastic, spray cans all scattered throughout my yard for me to clean up. They also left all the manuals for the filter, heater, pump and pool out in the rain for me !!! Now lets talk about their excavator!! Very Very unreliable, he would tell you, "I will be there in the morning" and you wouldnt see him for days. Then he would show up but work for only an hour and leave. Today was his final day, he said he would back fill the pool and he would be done. Well, he backfilled 1 half of the pool and left my back yard with mounds of dirt everywhere.
