Comfort Makers Sewing Group
Comfort Makers Sewing group meets several times throughout the year to make layettes, baby comforters and book bags for mission projects.
The Comfort Makers Sewing Group of the United Methodist Church of New Lenox will be meeting again on Thursday, October 25, 2012 at 9:00 a.m. in the Chapel. The group will be making baby comforters for a mission project. Anyone can join in the fun and fellowship ~ even non-members!
The United Methodist Church of New Lenox is located at 339 West Haven Avenue in New Lenox. The group meets from 9:00 a.m. until about 3:00 p.m., so bring a sack lunch! Also, please bring your basic sewing supplies, sewing machine (if possible), and serger (if possible). There will be work for everyone; cutting, ironing, pinning, serging and sewing!
