Hartz Homes Offers up to $10,000 in Incentives at Hibernia in New Lenox

Hartz Homes has announced a variety of new incentives at Hibernia of New Lenox.

Hartz Homes has announced a variety of new incentives at Hibernia of New Lenox, an established community of 139 single-family homes offering 12 different floor plans ranging from a base price of $245,900 to $423,900 for 1,800 to 3,390 square feet.

“Even as mortgage rates remain low, we recognize that people are looking carefully at their homebuilding decisions,” said Samar Kayyal, divisional sales manager for Hartz Homes. “We want to further help jumpstart the home-buying conversation by providing select lots to be just a bit more within reach.”

A $10,000 incentive applies to the less than 13 remaining ‘Phase 4’ home sites at Hibernia, as well as $5,000 incentive on ‘Phase 3’ lots, where fewer than 40 remain.

According to Kayyal, in addition to monetary incentives, Hartz is offering free seed, sod and air conditioning to the next four homes sold. “We actually started out offering this incentive on the next 10 homes sold, but because it is valid with any home site, in any phase, we’ve already sold six homes – so these specials will not last long,” Kayyal said.

Hibernia in New Lenox offers more than a dozen floor plans and numerous upgrades, ranging from ranch homes with features such as vaulted ceilings and brick exteriors to an array of two-story homes offering two-car garages and upgrade options such as a loft, den/home office, sunroom, additional bedrooms and baths, first-floor guest suites, full basements and three-car garages, per plan.

For example, the Keswick, a 3,390 square-foot home, offers floor plans with four different room configurations in order to adapt to buyer preferences. While it comes standard with four bedrooms and 2½ baths, buyers can opt for a first-floor bedroom and full bath, a sunroom or a den.

“The first floor, fifth bedroom would be great for buyers who may have or plan to have an older relative live in the home,” explained Kayyal. “Depending on the number of bedrooms needed or what rooms they might want to repurpose over time, buyers can also opt for an upstairs loft in lieu of a fourth bedroom.”

Shown as a model, the Keswick plan displays the optional first-floor sunroom with French doors opening to the living room, as well as an upgraded, three-car garage, and a standard full basement.

The community also offers three different ranch plans – the Genesis III, Genesis IV, and the Crystal.  Ranging from 1,800 to 2,410 square feet, the ranch homes appeal to downsizing buyers as well as families due to their three bedrooms, 2-2½

baths and attached two to three car garages.

“With so many floor plans and so many options with each plan, Hibernia offers a greater variety than in most communities. There’s really something here for everyone,” said Kayyal.”

Well located near Interstates 355, I-80 and abundant shopping, the Hibernia community lifestyle is further enhanced through a variety of special amenities. Residents can enjoy a pavilion, a private park with picnic areas and a large lake with a fishing pier and canoe launch, as well as nearby sand volleyball courts. The resort-like living continues with a water spray area, a playground and walking/jogging trails.

“At Hibernia, it’s not just about giving buyers choices to personalize the inside of their home,” said Kayyal.  “We also wanted to give plenty of options for enjoying the community as a whole.  It’s the type of community where you might see a family playing with their young children at the playground alongside empty-nesters enjoying the walking trails or fishing pier.”
