Warriors preparing for upcoming girls volleyball season in summer league play at Palos Courts.

Success breeds success, or so they say.

The Lincoln-Way West girls volleyball team is coming off a 25-8 season and a third-place finish in the Southwest Suburban Red. Warrior coach Rory Harrison is looking for more of the same in the coming days and weeks.

She is preparing West in summer league action at Palos Courts.

“We're looking forward to a good season," Harrison said. "The girls are getting back into the swing of things and playing together. It is exciting to see our new senior leadership coming forward.

"This season, we are looking to return five seniors. Our program has been developing in numbers, and our seniors have really paved the way. This is our first group of girls that have played West volleyball for four years.
