According to Executive Board President Phillip P. Mierzwa, the main goal of the organization is to "provide a supervised recreational softball experience for the girls where they can learn and have fun."

The softball organization relies on its partnership with the New Lenox Park District, team sponsors and the many league volunteers to offer its program to the girls who participate.
