The basketball postseason ended pretty quickly for New Lenox teams, but there were still great season performances by players who led the three local high schools.

Providence Catholic lost to Eisenhower in the first round of regionals, and Lincoln-Way Central lost in the second round to Lockport. Lincoln-Way West got a first-round win over Bremen but lost big to Hillcrest, 85-40, in its next game.
