According to the South Bend Tribune, junior offensive lineman Colin McGovern gave his verbal commitment to the Fighting Irish over the weekend.
McGovern, a 6-foot-6, 295-pound tackle, has drawn lots of interest from major football programs.

He received 14 offers thus far, including nine from Big Ten schools and other big programs that included national champion Alabama and recent Big 12 transplant West Virginia, according to 247sports.com.
