Athletic success in elementary school and high school is often determined by an academic year. But we often remember things unfolding in a calendar year, and I want to look back on the many athletic successes we had in New Lenox in 2011.
But I want your help. So, who deserves to be recognized as New Lenox Patch's athlete of the year?
Please fill out the form above by 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 8. We will take the nominees and ask readers who they think should win. After an Athlete of the Year is selected, I will run a story about the winner.
