Lincoln-Way Central Boys Soccer Wins over Lincoln-Way East
Lincoln-Way Central will play Sandburg on Saturday for the sectional championship.
After a Lincoln-Way Central win Wednesday over Lincoln-Way East in boys soccer, the Knights will play Saturday against Sandburg for the sectional championship.
The game is at 3 p.m. at Lincoln-Way Central. The winner will be one of just eight remaining teams in the state playoffs.
The final score between the two Lincoln-Way schools was 1-0 Knights over Griffins in the Class 3A sectional semifinal, according to the IHSA website.
