Football is not the only highschool sport.If you are going to do one sport you may as well do the rest. Joliet co-op has a good golf team.

My uncle (a Richrard Alum) and I went to the game at Evergreen Park last week. From what we saw they have a good team. He was one of the origainal "Bleacher Creatures"

This is supposed to be the Tinley Park Patch. Why isn't there bigger mention of Andrew?
Joe Vince (Editor) September 15, 2012 at 03:21 pm
@Bob Warja:
Our score tracker runs on the Patch sites throughout the south suburbs, so it just lists the game finals. We try to do individual coverage for the actual games, but unfortunately, we can't get to them all. This week, we were out at the Tinley Park-Lemont game: http://tinleypark.patch.com/articles/tinley-park-titans-football-host-lemont-indians-fall-31-24 Do you make it to most of the Andrew games? If so, you could do write-ups about the team in our Local Voices section. We're always encouraging readers to blog about high school sports that they follow. Or anything else they're passionate about. Email me at joev@patch.com if you're interested. Joe Vince Local Editor

How about Friday's OHS game????
Steven Jack (Editor) September 17, 2012 at 12:58 pm
@Kevin. Thanks for the suggestion. We're adding Kaneland to next week's roundup. @Jerry OHS is listed here as defeating Romeoville 41-0. It's about half-way down.

Agree - purchased gas at 75th & Cass in Darien today for $4.09 to drive home from work to seeRead More gas went down a whopping $0.08. $4.39 to $4.31 - guess I will continue to check gas prices before coming home to New Lenox - Something has to be done.

canceling cardinal-- it will be a workout driving on RT 30 mess
MartCHawk June 17, 2013 at 07:18 am
People coming from the east will now have to fight through school traffic at Rt. 30/Schoolhouse.Read More People from southwest New Lenox will have to either venture up Cedar, which is painfully slow... or take Spencer from Laraway, in which they will have to cross Rt. 30 to go straight. Won't be an easy picnic.
