Knight Watch: Grand Times Watching Grandson Play for L-W Central
Sports Fan Profile: New Lenox resident Sharon Kocenko cheers for the Knights' boys soccer team.
Sharon Kocenko has seen her share of youth and high school baseball, football and soccer games over the years.
The New Lenox resident likes to attend the games to root on her grandson Addam Krauch, a senior on the boys soccer team. Apparently, Krauch doesn’t need much rooting on in the classroom, as he’s a high honors student.
“I like to get out to as many games as I can,” Sharon Kocenko said. “I went out and saw him play last weekend (in the Bradley-Bourbannais soccer tournament).”

Krauch and the Knights went 2-1 in the tournament, losing to Bradley-Bourbannais in the title game. The Knights got back on the winning track on Monday, beating Plainfield Central 1-0 in Plainfield.
