Don't know what to do at the gym?  Confused about toning exercises and weight training exercises?  What are your goals?

Learn how to get the most out of your workouts with Kelly.  Kelly is a Registered Nurse and Personal Trainer.  She lost 100 lbs and has maintained this for over 2 years. 

You will learn how to set up an exercise program at home or at the gym depending on your goals.  You will also learn proper exercise sequencing to get the most from your workouts.
