Lincoln Way Blue Wave Girl's Fastpitch Softball Tryouts

The 2012 Lincoln-Way Blue Wave will be fielding teams at the following levels: 10u, 11u, 12u, 13u, 14u, 15u and two 16.   Most of our teams for the 2012 season will compete at the A level, with our older teams providing college exposure tournament opportunities and recruiting assistance.

Our coaching staff includes current and former college players and experienced travel coaches.  We have our own indoor hitting, infield and pitching practice facility, which allows for year-round development of crucial softball skills. This past season our teams earned bids at every level from USSSA and NSA post-season tournaments, and ASA bids for our college exposure teams.  Over the past two years we have placed 56 players on area high school teams.  You can learn more about our organization by visiting www.lwbluewave.com

Tryouts will be held on the softball fields at Lincoln-Way East H.S. on Saturday August 6th and Saturday August 13th at the following times:

10U:  11:00 am  

11U and 12U:  1:00 pm (note on 8/13 this tryout will be at 9:00 am)  

13U and 14U:  9:00 am (note on 8/13 this tryout will be at 1:00 pm)

15U and 16U:  3:00 pm  

Individual tryouts can be arranged.  Players need only attend one tryout, however they must try out for each team they are considering (i.e., a 12U player interested in both the 12U and 13U teams must attend each of those tryouts so they can be observed by the appropriate coaches).
