Earlier this month, the district administered a survey to all parents through PowerSchool. But some board members questioned whether the new bus schedule is something most parents care about.

"I have a lot of kids on buses so I see a lot of different parents and I didn’t get any complaints," member Sue Gillooley said at a previous meeting. "No one at PTO meetings brought it up, and I got no complaints as a board member."

There were six emails sent to the Board of Education regarding bus schedule complaints, and about 10 phone calls have come into the district office this year. But some board members pointed out that just because an overwhelming number of parents aren't speaking out, that doesn't mean they're happy with the new schedule.

"It depends on what circles you’re in," board President Nick DiSandro said. "I got phone calls and there are a lot of people upset with this."
