Student Council Presidents Honored at D210 Meeting

The four students received plaques for their service.

The student council presidents at each Lincoln-Way high school were honored for their service Thursday night at the District 210 board meeting.

Each student received a plaque as their various accomplishments and future endeavors were read for the audience. Carla Kraft, the student council president at Lincoln-Way East, is going to study special education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and the district leaders were clearly proud of her work.

"You're going to be a great special education teacher," Supt. Lawrence Wyllie said. "In four years, come see me."
