Lincoln-Way Central uses balanced attack to top-ple district rival Lincoln-Way West 18-11 in girls water polo shootout.

Danijela Jackovich led a balanced scoring attack in Lincoln-Way Central's 18-11 girls water polo victory over district rival Lincoln-Way West earlier this week.

Jackovich scored three goals for the Knights, who jumped to an early lead and staved off the Warriors the rest of the way despite the play of Lauren Majewski.

Majewski, a senior, scored seven of West's 11 goals. Sophomore Michelle Fairbairn added two goals.
