Lincoln-Way West Spring Musical, "Seussical"

Lincoln-Way West to present "Seussical" the musical. Performances are April 18-20 in the school's Performing Arts Center.

Lincoln-Way West High School is presenting their spring musical, "Seussical."

This lively musical is based on the collective works of Dr. Seuss and features many of his most beloved characters including The Cat in the Hat, Horton the Elephant, Gertrude McFuzz, and Mayzie la Bird.

A total of 36 students are cast as colorful characters from Dr. Seuss' famous children's books, and students from the music programs are performing in the pit.

Performances are scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. April 18-20 at Lincoln-Way West High School's Performing Arts Center, 21701 S. Gougar Road. Tickets are $10 each and may be purchased at the door. Theater-goers can also call the ticket hotline at 815-717-3507, or email to box office at lwwesttickets@gmail.com. All tickets are reserved seating.

A free senior citizen performance with general admission is scheduled for 5 p.m. April 17. Doors open at 4:40 p.m. No ticket is required. Please enter through door #49.
