The Illinois Tollway Authority is holding child ID and child safety seminars at various locations this summer including one at the Jewel-Osco store at 475 N. Nelson Rd. The public is invited to attend.
Certified passenger safety technicians will provide safety seat inspections and installation.
Specially trained professionals will take kids’ photographs and fingerprints and gather vital information (that will not be stored or shared) to include on an ID card that can be referenced in an emergency.
