On Senior Night at Lincoln-Way Central, the Knights sent their seniors out with a stirring performance and a memory that will stick with them for a lifetime.

Conor Bartuch scored on a header about 10 minutes into Lincoln-Way Central's 2-1 boys soccer victory over cross-town rival Lincoln-Way West on Tuesday night. Within minutes, West tied the score on a penalty kick by Warrior captain Eric Staniszewski.

The two teams battled evenly for much of the rest of the first half, but Central finally took the lead on a header by C.J. Zuraitis following a penalty kick by a teammate. The Knights played controlled and disciplined ball in the second half.
