If you have $1.495 million and can find this place, then you can buy it.
You'd think it's probably not too tough to find a 10,000-square-foot, eight-bedroom house on five wooded acres, but the people selling this one in New Lenox aren't taking any chances.
That's right. This house for sale at the low, low price of $1.495 million is in an "undisclosed location."
So we don't know where it is—yet. Here's what we do know:
- There's the eight bedrooms and five wooded acres
- Either seven and a half or nine bathrooms (that's a half or a full two more than that place in Frankfort!). The Zillow listing says both and since we don't know where this place is, we can't check for you
- An in-ground custom swimming pool and hot tub
- Three Kitchens (why would you need three kitchens)
- Two laundry rooms
- A five car garage (really a necessity when you have five cars)
- And a grand foyer with twin black walnut curved staircases
So that's what you get for $1.495 million. If anybody knows where this place is, let us know if your think it's worth the money.
