Pelvic Power Boot Camp
Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm / March 27- April 24
A five week series of education and exercise classes that tackle women's health issues including pelvic pain & dysfunction, urinary incontinence, bowel dysfunction, lower back pain, and general chronic pain.At each session, our expertly trained physical therapist will focus on treatments specific to each individual, while incorporating the needed support in a group atmosphere. Participants can will spa packages through fun raffles!
$40 fee for five-week series. Exercise mats and bottled water will be provided
