Bring Unwanted Prescription Drugs to New Lenox Police

On April 30, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., the New Lenox Police Department and the Drug Enforcement Administration will give the public another opportunity to prevent pill abuse and theft by ridding their homes of potentially dangerous expired, unused, and unwanted prescription drugs.

Bring your medications for disposal to the New Lenox Police Department. A disposal container, located just outside the front doors of the Administrative Offices, will be available to residents.

Please note that needles or sharps of any kind will not be accepted.
