Woman Jailed After Cops Called For Another Alleged Problem Patient at Silver Cross
A Lockport woman attacked Silver Cross staff, police said.
Twice in two days the New Lenox police were called to Silver Cross Hospital to take care of an allegedly unruly patient.
The most recent time, on Saturday, the cops arrested 68-year-old Cheryl Singer of 565 E. Davison Road in Lockport and took her to the Will County jail.
Singer had gone to Silver Cross to seek medical treatment but ended up attacking the staff about 1:30 a.m., police said. Singer was charged with aggravated battery.
Just a day earlier, Ricky Glover, 32, of 304 Plumtree Court in Bolingbrook was arrested after allegedly assaulting Silver Cross staff.
