Wanted Marseilles Man Nabbed During New Lenox Traffic Stop

The Marseilles man had skipped court in Cook County, police said.

A wanted Marseilles man was captured when a New Lenox cop pulled him over for driving with a suspended registration, police said.

Robert Neumann, 26, of 557 Walnut St. was taken into custody about 9:30 p.m. Sunday.

The police stopped Neumann near the corner of Route 30 and Cedar Road.

An officer "observed a vehicle with expired registration and conducted a stop," police said. "The officer discovered that the driver, Neumann, had a suspended license and a warrant for his arrest."

Neumann was wanted for skipping court in Cook County, police said. He was released after he posted bond.
