Wanted for Obstructing Justice, DUI and More: L-Way Arrest Warrants

There are warrants out for the arrest of more than 100 accused criminals in the Lincoln-Way communities of New Lenox, Mokena and Frankfort. The Will County Sheriff's Department last updated its warrants list on July 27, 2013.

The list below pertains to people wanted for driving under the influence, obstructing justice, damaging property and battery:

• The last known address for Anthony G. Diamond, 52, was in the 1300 block of Cedar Road, New Lenox. The warrant for his arrest was issued on Jan. 8, 2009. He is wanted on a charge of driving under the influence of alcohol. Bail was set at $5,000.
• The last known address for Thinh P. Dang, 31, was in the 400 block of Meadown Avenue, Frankfort. The warrant for his arrest was issued on Feb. 8, 2013. He is wanted on a charge of obstructing justice or destroying evidence.
• The last known address for Joseph L. Ayers, 31, was in the 10700 block of LaPorte Road, Mokena. The warrant for his arrest was issued on March 16, 2012. He is wanted on a charge of damaging property worth between $300 and $10,000. Bail was set at $100,000.
• The last known address for Daniel J. Bakalik, 38, was in the 9800 block of Cambridge Court, Mokena. The warrant for his arrest was issued on Nov. 16, 2012. He is wanted on a charge of battery. Bail was set at $10,000.
