Crooks absconded with a U-Haul trailer from a business on Stone Court.
The theft was discovered about 9:45 a.m. June 16. An officer was sent to the business to check out the crime and was told an "unknown person stole the trailer from the parking lot," police said.
The New Lenox Police Department was to look into the matter.
