(Un) Lucky Number Leads New Lenox Cops to Capture Wanted Joliet Woman

A wanted Joliet woman was caught after a New Lenox cop ran a random check on her registration.

A wanted Joliet woman's luck ran out when a New Lenox cop ran a random check of her vehicle registration, police said.

Nicole Roedl, 35, of 2430 Rocky Hill Circle was pulled over shortly after 9 p.m. Friday near the corner of Joliet Highway and Williams St.

An "officer conducted a random registration check and learned the owner had a warrant for her arrest," police said.

"The driver matched the description of the owner of the vehicle and the officer conducted a traffic stop," police said. "The officer confirmed that the driver had a warrant for her arrest."

Roedl was released after posting bond.
