Traffic: New Lenox Cops Pick Up A Couple Alleged Drunken Drivers And A Guy On A Traffic Charge
Three people were pulled over and one went to jail.
Some motorists got in trouble in New Lenox lately and that's about all that was going on, the police said.
First, about 1 a.m. Sunday, the police pulled over Jeffrey Patchett, 54, of 30 Cornwall Drive in Crete.
Patchett was stopped near the corner of Laraway and Nelson roads and taken into custody on charges of speeding, disobeying a traffic control device, driving under the influence and driving with a revoked license.

Patchett was carted off to the Will County jail.
Then, just a little less than 25 hours later, the police pulled over another alleged drunken driver.

Angelica Medina, 30, of 2912 Warren Dorris Drive in Joliet was stopped shortly before 2 a.m. near the junction of Lincoln Highway and Interstate 80.
Medina was charged with speeding, driving under the influence and driving with a revoked license.
Medina was released after posting bond.
Finally, a little after 7 p.m. Monday, the police pulled over Jose Estrada, 46, of 554 Liberty St. in Joliet.
Estrada was stopped near Lincoln Highway and Prairie Road and charged with driving while license suspended and with one taillight.
Estrada was released after posting bond.
