Top Headlines: NL Man Arrested in Fatal Drug Case, Caught in the Act

Law enforcement was involved in both top headline stories.

The top two headlines in New Lenox Patch this week were disconcerting—one involved a drug-induced homicide and the other involved sex in a busy parking lot.

A New Lenox man was arrested Tuesday and charged with drug-induced homicide in the death of a 27-year-old man on Nov. 25, 2012. Police said a heroin overdose was the cause of death.

The pair was charged after being discovered inside a car in a Jewel-Osco store parking lot, Joliet police said.
