Prowlers Steal Cash From New Lenox's Pizza Mia
A New Lenox police officer discovered the early Friday break-in.
Crooks broke into Pizza Mia and stole money, police said.
An officer patrolling New Lenox early Friday morning discovered the burglary at the 830 W. Laraway Road restaurant shortly before 2 o'clock, police said.
"While on patrol the officer discovered a broken window at Pizza Mia," police said. "The owner was contacted and discovered that cash was missing."
The New Lenox Police Department's investigations division was to review the matter.
