Police: Man Yells in Movie Theater, Spits on Officer

During a showing of "Snow White and the Hunstman," police say New Lenox man Daniel Deinema began yelling and running around. He was previously charged with disorderly conduct at El Burrito Loco.

A New Lenox man was arrested after yelling and running around in a movie theater and spitting on an officer, police said.

Daniel J. Deinema, 25, of the 400 block of Boeing Drive in New Lenox, was charged with disorderly conduct for the second time in two weeks. He was also charged with battery. Deinema was taken to Will County Jail and his bail was set at $5,000. 

During a showing of Snow White and the Huntsman at New Lenox's , Deinema "began yelling random things and started running around" in the theater shortly after 10 p.m., police said.

An AMC employee called police, and when officers arrived they said Deinema spit on one.

On May 22, Deinema was also charged with disorderly conduct after yelling obscenities at the restaurant in New Lenox.

Deputy Chief Bob Pawlisz said Deinema approched people while they were eating and asked them for money. When they refused, , according to police reports. 

Pawlisz said he did not want to speculate about Deinema's mental state, but said, "It's not normal behavior."
