Police Blotter: Teen Found Asleep in Car With Alcohol

SUNDAY, NOV. 27
Suspended License
Steven J. Burke, 37, of Joliet, was ticketed for improper passing and driving with a suspended license after police said he made a traffic violation near Route 30 and Walona Avenue.
Underage Possession
Kyle J. Baggett, 18, of the 1800 block of Tauber Lane in New Lenox, was charged with illegal possession of alcohol. An officer on patrol said Baggett was asleep in the back seat of a car parked in the 1400 block of Spencer Road at about 8:19 a.m. Sunday. The officer searched the car and found a bottle of Captain Morgan. There were no signs that Baggett was intoxicated.
