Rogelio Ibarra-Villalba, 31, of Joliet, was ticketed for driving with a suspended license after police stopped him near Gougar and Maple roads.

License Violations

  • Carlos Ruiz, 38, of Joliet, was ticketed for driving with a cracked windshield and no valid license.
  • Brenda A. Medellin, 22, of Joliet, was ticketed for driving with a suspended license and no insurance after police randomly ran her license plates near the 2300 block of East Lincoln Highway.
  • Robert Q. Moore, 42, of Robbins, was ticketed for driving with a suspended license and registration after police randomly ran his license plates near Route 30 and Interstate 80.

Car Stolen

Someone used fraudulent information to apply for a car loan at Lightning Motors, 401 N. Vine St., but it wasn't discovered to be fake until the car was already off the lot. Police are searching for the vehicle but refused to give any information about the type of car.
