Police Blotter: $26K in Ilegal Purchases on Resident's Account
New Lenox police reports, Nov. 7 to Nov. 11.
THURSDAY, NOV. 10
In-State Warrant
Victoria T. Carey, 20, of University Park, called police for help because her car was stranded in New Lenox. When officers arrived they discovered Carey had a warrant for her arrest. She was unable to post bond and was taken to Will County Jail.
License Violations
- Alicia D. Carson, 35, of Joliet, was given tickets for driving with a suspended license and no insurance after police randomly ran her license plates.
- Irma Gonzalez, 50, of the 100 block of Haven Avenue in New Lenox, was given a ticket for driving with a suspended license.
- Roberto Ledesmo, 28, of Rolling Meadows, was given tickets for driving with a suspended license, expired regisration and no insurance.

Suspended License
Efren M. Diaz, 28, of Joliet, was given traffic tickets for driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance and having a loud muffler.

Credit Fraud
Someone obtained a resident's personal credit information and opened an account, making $26,000 of fraudulent purchases.
Speeding
Kaelin D. Patterson, 42, of Orland Park, was ticketed for speeding and driving with a suspended license.
