New Lenox Teen Charged With Damaging New Lenox Resident's Christmas Decorations

The New Lenox vandalism was the second report of Christmas crime in the area so far this season.

A New Lenox teen allegedly vandalized the Christmas decorations at a home about a mile from his own.

Tyler Tsokatos, 19, of 195 Otto Drive was charged with criminal damage to property in connection with the incident in the 1100 block of Patriot Drive.

A New Lenox police officer was sent to the scene of the alleged crime shortly after 11:30 p.m. Tuesday and was told by a man there "that Tsokatos damaged his Christmas decorations," police said.
