New Lenox Cops Report Credit Card Fraud
Someone used a New Lenox woman's credit card without her permission.
A New Lenox woman alerted the police to someone using her credit card without permission.
The woman went to the police station to report the credit card caper shortly after 5 p.m. Monday.
An officer was "dispatched to the station reference a complaint of credit card fraud," police said. "The complainant advised that an unknown subject used her credit card to make unauthorized purchases."
The matter was handed off to the New Lenox Police Department's investigations division.
