New Lenox Cops Catch Wanted Blue Island Man
A wanted Blue Island man was captured during a traffic stop.
The New Lenox police apprehended a wanted Blue Island man during a Friday evening traffic stop.
Thaddeus Nestor, 24, of 12515 Greenwood Ave. was taken into custody shortly after 6 p.m. near the corner of Joliet Highway and Wellington Parkway.
An "officer observed a vehicle speeding and conducted a stop," police said. "The officer discovered that the driver, Nestor, had a warrant for his arrest."
Nestor was wanted for missing court in Kankakee County, police said. He was released after he posted bond.
