More Joliet Residents Arrested For Allegedly Stealing From New Lenox Walmart

The cops carted two Joliet residents off for allegedly stealing from the New Lenox Walmart on the day after Black Friday.

It was a blue Saturday for a couple people from Joliet charged with stealing from the New Lenox Walmart.

The Thanksgiving weekend thievery started with Tawny Casalino, 26, of 3630 Terrance Ferry Drive, police said. The cops grabbed Casalino shortly after 8:30 p.m. and charged her with retail theft.

Casalino "removed items past the last point of sale without paying for the items," the police say they were told.

Casalino was released from custody after posting bond.

Then, at 9:20 p.m., the police were back to arrest Manuel Hernandez, 26, of 713 Miami St. Just as with Casalino, the police say they were told that Hernandez "removed items past the last point of sale without paying for the items."

Hernandez also was released from custody after posting bond.
