Officer Stops Sex Between Man and Teen in Jacob Lowell Park: Police
Kevin N. Seaman, 21, of New Lenox, was charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse and possession of child pornography on July 23.
A 21-year-old New Lenox man found by an officer about to have sex with an underage girl in a public park had child porn on his phone, police said.
Kevin N. Seaman, of the 600 block of Gibbons, New Lenox, was charged with aggravated criminal sexual abuse and possession of child pornography, police said.
An officer located Seaman and the teen girl at about 2:12 p.m. on Tuesday in Jacob Lowell Park, located off of Illinois Highway, police said. It appeared he was about to have sexual relations with the girl, who is between the ages of 13 and 17.
Seaman's camera phone had several nude photos of the teen girl, police said.
Police said the two knew each other and had a previous relationship before the incident in the park.
Seaman is currently being held at the Will County jail.
