Litter Leads New Lenox Cops to Make Traffic Arrest: Police

A New Lenox teen was charged with driving on a suspended license and illegally transporting alcohol after a New Lenox cop allegedly saw him throw a cup out of his car window.

If you plan to drive on a suspended license and illegally transport alcohol, it's probably a good idea to avoid attracting attention by throwing trash out of your car window.

William Albano, 19, of 637 Lila's Court was charged with littering, driving while license suspended and illegally transporting alcohol after he was pulled over near the intersection of Joliet Highway and Lake Road.
